- Creation and 4 months facilitating ongoing development initiatives including monthly analysis meetings, weekly office hours, a 1:1 mentorship program, and ongoing one-day solutions and trainings; transformation will be most sustainable if organization designates 4 “mentees” to eventually lead each of these initiatives
- 2 automated data processes, 8 interactive dashboards, 5 actionable analyses, and 5 data science model builds; we’ll prioritize use cases you have in mind for these, but we can also make recommendations based on your business opportunities; we recommend involving employees as “mentees” in these projects as a way for them to get hands-on experience with what it’s like to perform these projects with advanced analytics tools
