Booking Process: in order for an appointment to be set, you’ll need to complete the 3 steps on this page: 1) read over the details below, 2) choose and book an available time and 3) make your payment. All of these need to be completed in order for an appointment to be set.

Availability: you’ll have the ability to choose a date and time that is more than 24 hours out from the scheduler below. If you need same-day assistance, please speak with our live chat agent (if available) or call 1-877-VAL-DRVN to check on availability.

Payments: payments are made at the time of booking and can be made via credit card in the payment section (step 3) below.

Cancellations: If we cannot help you at all, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible prior to the start of the scheduled meeting to issue a full refund and cancel the meeting. If we’re not able to offer any kind of help or alternative solution during the meeting, at our discretion, we may give you a full refund and stop the meeting early at that point. If you need to cancel, a refund will be issued (or rescheduled if you desire) if we’re notified more than 24 hours in advance of the start of the scheduled meeting. Outside of this, no refund will be given for no show appointments.

Consultation Times: While we will work to solve your use case with you as efficiently as possible, in some cases, more than an hour could be required. We will give you an estimate of how long your use case will take to solve at the beginning of the call. If an hour passes and more time is needed for your solution, you’ll have the option to book another hour based on availability. The minimum booking time is 1 hour. If we’re able to come up with a solution in less than 1 hour, you will still be billed for the full hour, but you may use the remaining time to ask about other projects or concepts if you’d like.
